TueHuman beings are usually unaware of their actions: they concentrate so hard on their words that they seem to forget their movements, postures and expressions are telling a story of their own!
Our body language is an important aspect when running a successful business as we cannot always say what we really feel. This means we have to act positively in negative situations and vice-versa!
The moment you meet a client, a boss, a colleague or a friend, they judge you by what they see and feel. This process takes less than 10 seconds, but the impression is permanent. So once you understand body language, you can use your own body and voice to convey a specific message, whether it is to make a sale, get a promotion, achieve a target or simply maintain a relationship.
This workshop is a twofold application:
1. Interpreting the signals that others are subconsciously sending: know what they are really feeling, and detect positive or negative reactions.
2. Using your own body language to portray trust, confidence, and gain commitment.
